Fire-and-forget renderer→Cocoon notification bridge for one-way wire
methods (webview.message, webview.dispose, webview.viewState, etc.)
where the extension doesn’t reply. Returns null immediately; the
notification dispatches asynchronously avoiding the 30 s request timeout.
